15 Oct Bacon Wrapped Avocado Sandwich

    • 6-8 BACON STRIPS
    • 1 AVOCADO
    • 1 SLICE RYE BREAD
    • 1 TBPSP. (HELLMANDS) MAYONAISE (less or more as your personal choice)
    • OPTIONAL: LIME, CAYENNE POWDER

 


Slice and peel your avocado • You should get 6 to 8 wedges • Wrap a slice of bacon around each wedge • Cook them in a hot pan until they’re nice and crispy, turn a couple times to get it cooked on all sides • Meanwhile, toast rye bread on both sides on a grill or in a skillet • Then evenly spread with mayonnaise, put the bacon wrapped avocado’s on top • Optional: Finish them off with a tiny sprinkle of lime juice + cayenne.
