15 Oct Grilled Nut Bread, Ash Coated Goat Cheese, Honey and Shaved Figs

      • 1 SLICE DRIED FRUIT AND NUT LOAF – BBROOD
      • 1 tsp. OLIVE OIL
      • ASH COATED GOAT CHEESE
      • 1 FIG
      • HONEY (Nicolas Vahe)

 

Brush the bread with the olive oil on both sides • Toast the bread on both sides on a grill or in a skillet • Spread goat cheese onto the bread • Slice the fig as thinly as possible • Place on top of the goat cheese • Drizzle with honey and serve!
